Our scrumptiously sweet and golden, gluten free granola is a perfectly indulgent way to start your day.  Our granola is made from naturally gluten free grains such as rice and buckwheat.  It is also oat free for those of you who cannot manage our gluten free oats in your diet.

Our gluten free Purely Oaty muesli is a  healthy start to a fruitful day. (Excuse the pun!) Oats do not contain gluten and from the field to the bowl, we ensure our oats remain gluten free by making sure they are not exposed to any cross contamination from other gluten containing cereals such as wheat, barley and rye.

Gluten free Rolled Oats

Our gluten free rolled oats make for a great and healthy breakfast or they can be used to bake with. Regular oats do not contain gluten but they are heavily contaminated throughout the supply chain unless you know how to put the kind of strict farming and processing practices to avoid this.

We are the first company to bring gluten free oats to mainstream retail, thereby putting oats back on the menu for thousands of people with coeliac disease in the UK.

Before this, the only way of getting hold of gluten free oats was by mail order, which is costly and inconvenient.

All of our products are tested throughout the supply chain to ensure they contain
the lowest gluten content possible.

Gluten free oats may not be appropriate for everyone with coeliac disease and they are not recommended for the recently diagnosed. The advice we give is to add oats to your diet slowly - perhaps twice a week to start with. The reason for this is the high fibre content of oats, which may be a shock to delicate stomachs at first.

Gluten & Wheat free Rice Flake Porridge

A bowl of our gluten free Rice Flake Porridge is a great way to start the day. It has been developed for people with coeliac disease, who have problems digesting the high fibre content of our Gluten Free Rolled Oats.

Available in 500g bags from most Waitrose stores nationwide  in Winter time only.

Unlike other producers of gluten free porridge, who buy standard ingredients from wholesalers for their recipes, we mill our rice flakes especially to make a soft, creamy, porridge.

Purely Oaty Fruity Nut Muesli

Our Original gluten free Muesli is packed with delicious fruits and nuts and makes for a great start to the day.

Gluten free Loaf

This Great Taste Gold Award-winning soft, white loaf is not brittle or dry like other gluten free loaves.
