I constantly get calls from people who ate our products in a hotel or restaurant and want to buy them direct from us.
We pack them in small quantities and most are supplied frozen so that they are easy to keep in stock and wastage is minimal

We create products for both front and back of house. Front of house, customer facing products are individually portioned and wrapped, with detailed ingredients and labelling.
Our cakes, for examples are wrapped and labelled for buffets or conferences, however the packaging is perforated and easily removable to allow the cakes to be used as desserts.
For those who are cooking in a commercial kitchen this allows you to cater for customers with dietary requirements quickly and easily, with no wastage or risk of contamination from the kitchen or stores.
We also offer a bespoke product design service for larger customers, so you can have the products you require without compromising the design of your menu.
Gluten free Loaf

This Great Taste Gold Award-winning soft, white loaf is not brittle or dry like other gluten free loaves. It can be used in place of any usual bread loaf and is perfect for sandwiches or puddings.
It is 600g and is sliced (minimum of 11 slices per loaf not including the heels). It requires frozen storage, with a shelf life of 9+ months.

Gluten & Lactose free desserts and conference cakes

Our award winning, deliciously soft gluten and lactose free sweet sponges are perfect for both desserts or conference cakes.
Our flavours include a spicy ginger mini loaf and sweet mocha syrup cake.
As pictured above, if the sponges are used as dinner desserts, each individually wrapped cake can be removed easily by peeling off the outer packaging.

Gluten & Lactose free muesli portion packs

Our useful portion sized packs of nutty, tangy muesli are made with gluten free grains and topped up with plenty of healthy fruits, seeds and nuts.
They are the perfect way to add a gluten free option to your breakfast menu. They are versatile and can be used in the same way as normal muesli to make other healthy gluten and wheat free snacks.

Gluten Free Flour

Our gluten free flour was developed specifically for pastry and patisserie work. Don't use it in a busy patisserie kitchen though because the floury atmosphere is not conducive to producing gluten free products.
It is plain flour so you need to ensure your raising agents are also gluten free.
Bicarbonate of soda is normally gluten free but you will need to check your baking powder.
The flour comes in 1kg bags and there are 4 bags to a case.
