Delicious Alchemy is all about improving food choice for people with coeliac disease.

We do that by innovating, improving quality and by widening food choice and gluten free food availability throughout the UK. 

We sell two different ranges of products - one range to people with coeliac disease via our retail partners and another range to chefs and caterers which is available via our foodservice distribution partners.

In August 2009 we launched the UK's first gluten free oats into mainstream retail and what a revelation that has been to so many people. 

It took many months to persuade our supermarket partners that the oats would be popular even though they are untested in the market.

However, as a coeliac myself, I was convinced and it would be a massive hit and your overwhelmingly positive response to the product proved this very quickly.

Waitrose was the first to come on board and my heartfelt thanks goes out to them for taking a punt on it.

Unfortunately we don't operate a mail order service so you can only get our products in the shops or if you are a chef, you can order from our distribution partners.
