All food is produced in BRC accredited facilities. In addition, the baked products are NHS accredited for their gluten free status.
Each product is individually portioned
and wrapped allowing restaurants to
cater for customers on restricted diets
when they arrive, thus reducing stock
wastage and the threat of contamination
from allergens present in the kitchen and
in storage.
