Ginger cake Ingredients: Golden syrup, Gluten Free Flour (contains Rice Starch, Maize Starch, Potato Flake, Thickener E412, Whole Egg Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, Acidity Regulator E262, Citric Acid), Vegetable oil, Water, Sugar, Egg, Ground almonds, Ginger (1%), Raising agent: Bicarbonate of soda.
Mocha cake Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable fat, Egg, Water, Gluten Free Flour (contains Rice Starch, Maize Starch, Potato Flake, Thickener E412, Whole Egg Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, Acidity Regulator E262, Citric Acid), Ground almonds, Coffee, Cocoa, Raising agents: Gluten free baking powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium dihydrogen carbonate).
